On May 26, an intimate evening led by our very own sommelier Caroline Buttarazzi, fresh off her recent trip to Sicily. The night features six rare and hard-to-find back vintage wines paired with a thoughtfully curated six-course dinner inspired by the rich, layered flavors of the island, including three exceptionally rare bottles sourced from ancient pre-phylloxera vines, a true rarity offering a glimpse into Sicily’s oldest living vineyards.

Guided by Caroline, guests will explore how time shapes these wines, revealing nuance, texture, and complexity with each vintage, while gaining insight from her firsthand experience in Sicily. A unique opportunity to experience aged wines alongside cuisine rooted in place, all in a setting designed for conversation and discovery.
