Experience an extraordinary evening dedicated to Château Mouton Rothschild, one of Bordeaux’s legendary First Growth estates. This six-course dinner will feature six vintages of Mouton Rothschild served side by side, offering a rare opportunity to explore how vintage, age, and time in the bottle shape one of the world’s most celebrated wines. Each vintage will be paired with a thoughtfully crafted course designed to highlight the evolution and character of the wine.

The evening will be led by Somm Wine Bar owner Jordan Hooker, who will guide guests through the history of Mouton Rothschild, the individual vintages, and the stories behind the estate’s iconic artist-designed labels. From the differences between growing seasons to the evolution of each wine in the glass, this vertical tasting offers a unique chance to experience six expressions of the same historic estate over the course of one unforgettable dinner.
