Join us on May 21 for an intimate evening with Oregon winemaker Kelley Fox, limited to just 12 guests. Founded in 2007, her small production focuses on historic Willamette Valley vineyards like Maresh, Freedom Hill, and Weber, with a philosophy rooted in transparency and respect for site.

This six-course, Pacific Northwest–inspired dinner will feature four back-vintage, single-vineyard Pinot Noirs alongside two single-vineyard Chardonnays, offering a focused look at vineyard expression and the evolution of her wines in a setting designed for conversation and discovery.

About Your Host: Kelley Fox+

Kelley Fox is a highly regarded winemaker in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, known for producing precise, site-driven Pinot Noir and Chardonnay with a strong emphasis on elegance and transparency. She founded Kelley Fox Wines in 2007 with her father, Gerson “Gus” Stearns, growing from just over 100 cases to a focused production of around 5,500 cases annually. Rather than owning vineyards, she sources fruit from some of the region’s most historic sites, including Maresh, Weber, Freedom Hill, Durant, Dux, Carter, and Canary Hill, working closely with growers to capture the character of each site.

Fox has been a full-time Oregon Pinot Noir winemaker since 2000, with experience at Torii Mor, Hamacher Wines, The Eyrie Vineyards, and a decade as winemaker at Scott Paul Wines. She was deeply influenced by David Lett, whose philosophy helped shape her approach to restraint and vineyard expression. Since 2018, she has produced her wines at ADEA Wine Company.

Her winemaking is rooted in minimal intervention and a philosophy of listening rather than imposing, allowing the vineyard, vintage, and natural elements to guide the process. The result is a collection of wines defined by elegance, nuance, and a clear sense of place, widely admired by sommeliers for their precision and authenticity.
