Charcuterie Workshop
Our first charcuterie workshop arrives just in time for spring.
Join us at Somm Wine Bar in John’s Island where Sarah Turner, our charcuterie designer in Nexton and owner of The Wooden Platter, will create an evening centered around seasonal pairings, thoughtful styling, and hands-on creation.
This guided experience includes:
- In depth tasting with unique wines & charcuterie pairings
- Instruction on building a well-balanced, visually stunning board
- Elevated snacking from custom charcuterie spreads
- Tips for pairing wines with artisanal meats, cheeses, and more
- The opportunity to create your own 3-board to take home
